Academic I.T. Project Development

Project Name: WiE web portal

www.wie.spit.ac.in

Specification: This web portal is database driven portal. For each webpage data is floated based on the input from the back end. Complex database design is the key feature of this portal. All the events and based on its photo gallery is getting generated. All required reports are getting fetched in the pdf format

 

Project Name: WiE Mobile App

Specification: This project is developed in track with WiE web portal, to make all the things handy to the stakeholders. This mobile app handles the same database designed for web portal to keep synchronization.  Taking attendance giving feedback was added using this mobile app.

 

Project Name: Research paper collection and Reimbursement web portal

www.research.spit.ac.in

Specification: This is one place research paper data collection portal. It collects data for all (faculty, students and even research scholars). Different report related to department wise, year wise are generated from this portal. Admin will handle the correction of data not by the student. Reimbursement process is also handled with this portal. This project is ongoing project where different R & D modules will be added in the coming days

 

Project Name: Best student of the year

Specification: This portal is to collect the best student application. Each student will be evaluated on the basis of the academic performance, research performance and co curriculum performance. This portal will allocate the marks on the basis of the student’s entry. This portal will allow manual intervention for final scoring for selecting the best students showing full transparency of evaluation.

 

Project Name: Technical Paper Presentation Portal

Specification: This portal is to conduct the event called as Technical Paper Presentation for final year student. Student will register for the event adding the paper details. Admin will allocate the judges for evaluation. Marking scheme and the results can be taken from the portal as per the dept, year and Etc.

 

Project Name: IEDC Portal

Specification: This portal is to list the process called as Innovation and Entrepreneurship Development Centre IEDC. This portal helps to assign mentor to the application by student. It also list the number IEDC project yearwise, dept wise and etc

 

Project Name: Virtual lab for Computational Intelligence

Specification: This portal is to educate student for the subject Computational Intelligence. It also includes quizzes

 

Project Name:  Project Exhibition Competition

Specification: This portal is to conduct the event called as Project Exhibition for final year student. Student will register for the event adding the project details. Admin will allocate the judges for evaluation. Marking scheme and the results can be taken from the portal as per the dept, year and Etc.

 

Project Name: Product Development Center

Specification: This portal will take care of the PDC cell of S.P.I.T. This will store all the project handled under PDC. This will be helpful to take out the report of the PDC

  • Front-end tool : Visual Basic 6.0

  • Project Description :  This project serves as a small ERP for HRMS department that provides complete information of all the employees working in a company respective to their detailed roles, designation, shifts, categories, departments, etc

  • Responsibilities : Designing, Development & testing of HR module. Troubleshooting & maintenance of above module 

 

 

  • Project Name :  CAL Package

  • Environment :  O/S- Win98, RDBMS- Oracle 8i,

  • Front-end tool :  Visual Basic 6.0

  • Project Description :  This package is preferably designed for school students which provides subject studies, exercises, quiz & many more study related assignments

  • Responsibilities :  Review of requirement analysis, functional specifications document, system design document, Review of project plan, software development plan Designing of complete database, including master as well as transaction forms using flash player so as to make this package look more attractive. Evaluating the project performance quantitatively. Process audit, baseline audit for project on monthly basis CAR activities for implementation of CMMI process Verification of data reports with actual data in database

  • Project Description :  This package has been designed to provide a complete solution to placement cell so as to maintain large database of various candidates based on their technical kkills, experience, etc

  • Responsibilities :  Review of functional requirements specification, system requirement specifications, system design document.  Review of project plan, software development plan.     Designing of database, various transactional as well as master-details forms. Process audits, baseline audit for project on monthly Basis valuate project performance quantitatively.   Preparing test cases & test reports.   Verification of data reports with actual data in database.
